As the founder of Rogue Productions, Dale oversees the creative side of the business. His career in Video Production started in 2013 as a Camera Operator for "Fish Whispering", a fly fishing show that aired on NBC Sports Northwest. Dale studied and graduated at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, he finds himself on campus often serving on the Advisory Board for the Video Production Program that Stout offers. He also serves on the board for the Red Cedar Film Festival that is hosted very close to campus in Menomonie, WI.


His Passion isn't just the camera operation or the video, It's the success of the client. Client satisfaction means the world to the entire Rogue Productions team.


Although Rogue takes up most of his time, any free time is spent playing golf or enjoying a wide variety of outdoor activities.



Scot is a Managing Partner with Rogue Productions. He joined the company in 2019, bringing with him extensive business experience, both domestic and internationally. Scot served as a YALI co-director of entrepreneurship for two years, a flagship program under President Obama. Scot was a founder and Managing Partner of The HSBS Group, an International Consulting Company, with offices in several African countries and the Middle East.

While with Rogue, Scot’s primary responsibilities include business development and contract management. Scot takes an active role in many of the facets of the business, striving to ensure business growth continues to mean customer satisfaction. It is Scot’s continued goal to ensure that whenever Rogue Productions is involved, they have a positive experience.



Tayler graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Management, HR, and Sales and Marketing. She specializes in team management, customer relations, social media design and outreach, brand development, and marketing strategy.

In her spare time, Tayler enjoys baking, bodybuilding, hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. She is very social and always staying busy with family and friends! She is currently residing in Altoona, WI with her boyfriend Tom, who recently arrived back home in Wisconsin after a 10-month deployment in Afghanistan.



Before working as a videographer, Jeff served as a Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division for eight years. Eight years and two combat deployments later, Jeff decided that it was time to hang up the rifle and pick up a camera. He returned home to produce dog training films for the family business, Leerburg Entertainment. Jeff spent six years creating content with the top names in professional dog training. He worked in a variety of different positions at Leerburg Entertainment, from videographer to Vice President. Ultimately, Jeff decided to leave Leerburg Entertainment and pursue other goals. ​

Having been entirely self-taught in videography, he decided to attend the University of Wisconsin-Stout's Video Production Program to refine his skills and earn his degree. Jeff has taken these skills from the program and applied them at Rogue Productions making premium content for every client. Not only does he create beautiful videography work, he also serves as the President of Downtown Menomonie Inc, a non-profit focused on economic development in his hometown of Menomonie, WI. Jeff works with business owners and public sector employees to enhance the vitality of his community. When things are “less busy,” he can be found on a lake or river with a fly rod in his hand.



Colin is a videographer and editor with Rogue Productions. Ever since childhood, he has had a creative heart and carried that throughout the years. He was inspired when he was young and wanted his life to be about imagination and letting the world see how small ideas can transform and inspire others. In college, he focused on learning about the nature and skills of carefully crafting a well-made product in digital video and photography. He now pursues his dreams of videography and photography to make other people’s ideas come into fruition.



Dimitri is a videographer and a Video Production Major at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He has always valued the art of storytelling, as it has played a crucial role in his life. He also enjoys using storytelling as a means of expressing his own self-identity. At the age of 16, he fell in love with the process of imagery. Since then, photo and video mediums have manifested themselves into a lifestyle. Translating the visions of others into content that exceeds their expectations is a personal mission of his.  He strives to deliver a friendly, competent, and exceptional service that is reflected in his work.



Cody is a graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (MCAD), where he secured a degree in illustration. Cody has a deep love for drawing and all types of art. His primary projects revolve around animation, but he also performs graphic design services for clients as well. In Cody's spare time, he enjoys making music and drawing cartoon animation.
